Previous experience with children’s homes and a full UK driver’s license is required for this role.Salary & Benefits:
  • £25,665.25 for fully qualified staff range depending upon experience/qualifications
  • £5,000 bonus for referring candidates

Job Role:
  • To understand and deliver the young person’s care plan every day.
  • To meet all the basic physical needs of the young person every day.
  • Keep up to date accurate records for the young people in line with systems of the home. 
  • To carry out checks and maintain all relevant records relating to Health & Safety as directed by line manager.
Successful Applicant:
  • Must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving license (a company car will be provided during work hours)
  • Must possess at least 1 year of experience in residential support work
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
