Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Rostering Bookings Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Coordinate bookings and appointments efficiently.
  • Communicate with staff regarding schedule changes and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff hours and bookings.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
