Are you ready to make a real difference?

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our brand-new Supported Living Service in Preston! This is a full-time role offering 37.5 hours per week, with pay at £13.00 per hour and paying £16.25 per hour overtime.

Working 12-hour shift on a two-week rolling rota.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Our service is specially designed to support adults living with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and/or autism. We’re all about helping people develop their skills, grow their independence, and live fulfilling lives.

Who are we looking for?

We want someone who’s got experience in a similar setting and knows the ins and outs of mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and autism. You’ve been there, done that, and are ready to take on a Senior role. You’re a team player, you’ve got supervisory experience, and you’re excited about leading a team that makes a real impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.
  • Organise and coordinate risk assessments and support plans tailored to each individual.
  • Support the management team to maintain high standards of support work.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, social, recreational and occupational activities including community integration.
  • Act as a role model, setting the standard for the team and offering guidance when needed.
