Salary: £33,587 - £37,996 / £43,325 pro rata

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Supervising Social Worker to join the fostering team in Preston, joining a leading agency committed to delivering high-quality care and homes to children and young people.
About the Role:
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will oversee and support a small caseload of fostering families and children across Lancashire and the wider North West area. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruiting, training, and assessing prospective foster carers.
Providing ongoing supervision and support to foster carers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Working within a collaborative, supportive team ethos to achieve success.
