Key Care & Support are a specialist provider of personcentredcommunity support, supported living, respiteand care at home support to adults and children with complex and individual needs. We are currently on the look out for a Support Worker to support a gentleman with an acquired brain injury in his own home in Preston.
The role would involve supporting and accompanying the individual on shopping trips and appointments. Assisting with coordinating time with his children.
A driver is essential for this role.
We have various shift patters for this role and this can be discussed at interview.
Requirements:
- Reliable and compassionate.
- Willing to work weekends.
- Driver with own transport ( mileage paid )
- Comfortable supporting someone with an acquired brain injury
