- Provide individualised support and care to young people with complex needs.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a genuine desire to support young people to achieve their goals.
* Are flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively as part of a team.* Are reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.* Hold a valid UK driving license. We offer:
