We are looking to recruit for a permanent position for a prestigious care service in the Preston area.This service provides a wrap-around care setting for vulnerable and SEND Youths in a residential setting. They believe in working together to provide a safe and stable home that promotes value, rights and diversity.They help students from 8 to 18 years of age to help them overcome social and educational inequalities and encourage youths to become active and resourceful in their community.They work with a variety of outside agencies and resources to help provide award-winning care and protection.Your new company.Hays Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a dynamic home which works with children's emotional behaviour disorder (EBD) service in the Preston - they require a motivated and reliable Deputy Manager to come onboard with their already established and award-winning service. This is a full-time contract with full training and DBS provided. You will have the opportunity to be a part of and run this established setting.Your new role.In your new role as a Deputy Manager will see you working under the Registered Manager to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the service. You will help run the development, implementation, and maintenance of exceptional care services and will lead by example, managing the team, completing service/care reviews, and training.
