- Manage a caseload of tenants, providing person-centred support
- Assist with finalising tenancy paperwork and ensuring tenants are prepared for transition
- Help tenants develop independent living skills and recognise their strengths and aspirations
- Support tenants with rent, repairs, benefits, and anti-social behaviour concerns
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to provide holistic support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes in line with GDPR
- Identify and report safeguarding concerns following relevant procedures
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, children, or those affected by homelessness
- Strong understanding of tenancy management, rent issues, and anti-social behaviour support
- Knowledge of safeguarding and the welfare of vulnerable adults
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
- 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday
- 3 Month Contract, Temp to Perm
- The pay for the role is £17.31 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £14.76 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
