Part Time Scheme Manager - Sheltered Housing

Location:Fleetwood, United KingdomSalary:£26,000 per annum (pro rata)Working Hours:20 hours per week (5 mornings)Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the scheme.
• Coordinate with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the scheme.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
