We are seeking an experienced level 5 qualified RegisteredManagerfor a successful and well-established domiciliarycarecompany based in Preston Lancashire. The role is with a very reputable company that operates in the health & socialcare who provides agency staff to various other organisations. Recently we have been fortunate to become CQC registered to provide home care in the social care sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow. We are offering:

• Competitive salary ranging from 35,000 to 38,000 per annum DOE

The Role:
As a RegisteredManager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the delivery ofcareservices
• Ensuring strict compliance withCareQuality Commission (CQC) regulations
• Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of thecareteam
• Developing and implementing comprehensivecareplans
• Liaising with patients, families, and healthcareprofessionals
• Growing the business with both local authority business and private hours

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the RegisteredManagerposition should have:

• Relevant qualifications in healthcaremanagement - level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it)
• Experience in a leadership role, either as a RegisteredManager,CareManageror an experienced DeputyManagerseeking their next role
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
