This is a full time temporary role to start asap until Christmas initially The successful candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding students and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment. You will need to be proactive in providing highly effective support to any student where a safeguarding or wellbeing concern has been identified, ensuring that they receive the correct level of support at the earliest opportunity. This will involve the triage of a digitised referral system, signposting to both internal and external sources of support, providing both early help and crisis support interventions. Operating to a high level of confidentiality and ensuring effective cross college communications.
