School-based Youth Justice Prevention OfficerPay rate to £35 - £41 per hourThe Talent Crowd are recruiting for a School-based Youth Justice Prevention Officer role in Lancashire.1 QSW to work in the children with disabilities team in the East of Lancashire. Must hold relevant social work degree qualification, have substantial experience, Placement is between 3 - 6 months Starting date – ASAP- flexible working arrangements. Hourly rate is between £34 and £41 dependent upon worker's experience.Working with children and young people is both challenging and rewarding, enabling you to make a positive difference in their lives. We understand the importance of our teams having the right support in place, a healthy work-life balance, and a manageable caseload. We aim for caseloads to be between 15 and 22 (depending on the function you are working in). We pay your mileage, and we have a time off in lieu policy.
