An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced leader to join Lancashire County Council's North Lancashire Duty and Assessment team as a Senior Manager. Responsibilities:As a Senior Manager, your role will include:

- Influence & Inspire: Using your exceptional communication and influencing skills to build trust and confidence within your team, partners, and stakeholders. Sharing insights and knowledge to ensure effective engagement at all levels.
- Service Excellence: Driving a culture of service excellence, ensuring that the services we provide meet and exceed the needs of our children and families. This includes streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strategic Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong strategic partnerships, enhancing the effectiveness of our services through collaboration and shared goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Leading the charge in refining service delivery through data analysis, review of Ofsted reports, and addressing any challenges to ensure our team remains adaptable and responsive.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Work degree and social work England registration
- Significant Duty & Assessment experience and team management experience
- Enhanced DBS
