• Provide strategic leadership to drive outstanding teaching and learning
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and ambitious school culture
• Develop and implement policies to ensure the highest standards of education and care
• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of staff to create a positive learning environment
• Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil development

About You:

• Proven leadership experience within an SEN or inclusive education setting
• Strong knowledge of SEN best practices, safeguarding, and curriculum development
• A passion for improving outcomes for children with diverse learning needs
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and stakeholders
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-achieving school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
