- Provide strategic leadership to drive outstanding teaching and learning

- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of staff to create a positive learning environment
- Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil development
About You:
- Proven leadership experience within an SEN or inclusive education setting
- Strong knowledge of SEN best practices, safeguarding, and curriculum development
- A passion for improving outcomes for children with diverse learning needs
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and stakeholders
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-achieving school community
