The Role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:Create a supportive, engaging, and structured learning environment for children with Autism.Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning experiences that align with the EYFS framework.Use a range of communication strategies, including PECS, Makaton, and sensory integration techniques.Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development.Monitor progress through observation and assessment, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYFS Teaching Qualification.Experience working with children with Autism or additional needs (desirable but not essential).A patient, nurturing, and creative approach to teaching.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A passion for making learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful.
