Key Responsibilities**Patient Care:**- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor patient health and record vital signs.**Clinical Duties:**- Develop and implement individualized care plans- Perform diagnostic tests and assess results- Provide wound care and manage chronic conditions.**Team Collaboration:**- Work in concert with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care- Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans and medical concerns.

**Regulatory Compliance:**- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records- Adhere to all nursing home policies and healthcare regulations.Qualifications and Skills**Required:**- Fully qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Pin- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role- Excellent clinical and caregiving skills.
