  • Provide individualized interventions and assessments to young people with a range of needs, including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs (SEN).

  • Work closely with educational and residential staff to create therapeutic learning and living environments.

  • Deliver clinical assessments and contribute to personalized care plans for students.

  • Engage with young people and their families to provide effective counseling and therapeutic support.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, registered with the HCPC.

  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.

  • Strong ability to support and advise teams in providing clinically informed environments.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
