If you are an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor looking for a new career opportunity, this is a great time to join the team at a successfully established Chartered Surveyors and Valuers.

If you live locally to the Preston (PR) or Blackpool (FY) postcode areas, hold a minimum of AssocRICS status and with a minimum of one year post qualified experience, then please do send your CV for consideration

REQUIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a year post RICS qualification

• Member of AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS

• VRS registered

• Technical Residential Surveying experience

• Ability to work to deadlines

• Confident user of MS Office
