JOB DESCRIPTION:

Multi-Skilled Plumber required for a Property Services company to cover reactive maintenance on a large site in Preston. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Multi-Skilled Plumber to join the team.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Reactive Maintenance works on university buildings and student accommodation
Plumbing bias with repairing wet rooms, toilets, sinks and showers
Covering works which may include basic joinery, plastering & painting skills
Carrying out work safely and efficiently

Requirements for the role

Blue JIB Card - Plumbing / Plumbing qualification of Level 2 or above
Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling & Working at Height (can all be done after role is offered)
Previous experience working in eduction setting (preferred but not essential)
