Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Food Technology Teacher to work in a Secondary school in Preston.  This is a full-time teaching role starting November 2024.

The role

The Food Technology teacher role in Preston will start November 2024 and will be ongoing with no set end date.

The desired Food Technology Teacher will be working with pupils, with a wide range of ability levels. This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers.

The school would also consider a specialist in another subject but have previous experience covering Food or DT classes.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Food Technology Teacher, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Be adaptable and flexible
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
