Role: Functional Skills Lecturer Location: Lancashire Type: Temporary - Part Time Rate: £25 - £35 per hour Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic Functional Skills Lecturer to join a leading Further Education college in Lancashire. This is a part time role to start asap until Christmas initially Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 12:30pm Ideally they are looking for someone who can deliver Functional Skills Maths & English but will also accept someone who only delivers one of the 2 areas. The Role * Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Functional Skills Maths and English. * Inspire and support learners to achieve their qualifications. * Plan and deliver sessions tailored to the needs of diverse learners. * Assess, track progress, and provide constructive feedback. Requirements * Qualified teacher status (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) or significant teaching experience. * Proven ability to teach Functional Skills Maths and/or English. * Strong classroom management skills. * Passion for education and supporting learners.
