Are you an experienced Site Agent seeking an exciting opportunity to lead critical rail infrastructure projects? We're recruiting for a proactive and skilled Site Agent to join a leading rail contractor based in Prestwick. Role Overview:As Site Agent, you will oversee the day-to-day management of rail infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results, driving excellence in project execution and team performance. Key Responsibilities:- Take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations. - Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives. - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, identifying and addressing risks proactively. - Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and strong relationships. - Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are rigorously upheld on-site. - Monitor and report on project progress, implementing solutions to overcome challenges and drive efficiency.
