An exciting opportunity has arisen within the JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business.

We are looking to recruit an Onsite Account Coordinator, based in Prestwick to provide support for Contractors and Global Engineering Workers (GEW) as well as acting as the main point of contact for JMC Aviation in relation to recruitment for the site.

The responsibilities of the Onsite Account Coordinator will involve:
- Conducting JMC contractor/GEW inductions
- Running through GEW Induction Checklist
- Organising contractor security and identification passes
- Managing the attendance of all JMC contractor/ GEW personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
- Monitoring GEW Annual leave requests, sickness and unauthorised absences on Breathe, this will including performing return to work forms.
- Liaising with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
- Being responsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn
- Helping with contractor/ GEW queries that are raised
- Ensuring company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
- Liaising with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
- Maintaining appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
- Processing Timesheets and assisting with the Timesheet report where necessary
- Keeping GEW Weekly Registers/ Staff Lists
- Carrying out monthly checks of JMC GEW Toolboxes and adding to ELMS software, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.
- Monitoring the GEW's uploading of Tasks on a daily/ weekly basis
- Conducting JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW's ( monthly/ 3 monthly ) and uploading these to ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.
- Arranging Accommodation for GEW's
- Meeting GEW's when they arrive in Country/ take them to accommodation
- Assisting GEW's in obtaining BRP from designated Post Office
- Assisting the Recruitment Team in recruitment on down time
- Learning and adhering to JMC UKVI processes/ GEW Manager Handbook
- Performing Right to Work Checks
- Conducting GEW Exit Interviews
- Other duties as directed by Line Manager

In order to be successful in this role, the Onsite Account Coordinator will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Being able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
- Attention to detail is essential
- Professional telephone manner
- Flexibility within the role
- Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
- Experience working within a busy environment (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience working in an aviation environment (advantageous but not essential)
