Your Capabilities:

  • Proficient in software development, including methods, practices, and version control systems.
  • Skilled in using the MATLAB/Simulink toolset for engineering applications.
  • Knowledgeable in Linux systems with additional experience in various software languages such as Python and Java.
  • Holds a degree in a STEM subject, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Capable of coordinating and managing the development of new Aerodynamics Engineering toolsets.
  • Experienced in liaising with Aerodynamic Discipline Teams and Projects to collate and harmonise requirements, ensuring the delivery of a common engineering toolset.
  • Able to supervise and guide team members in the development of toolsets, providing mentorship and technical direction.
  • Experienced in developing future initiatives that align with the Digital Engineering framework and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Competent in supporting and encouraging Aerodynamic Engineers in toolset development, promoting best practices and leveraging existing advancements.
