Are you an experienced Finance professional with a knack for management accounting? Our client is on the lookout for a talented finance temp to join their dynamic team for a three-month period. This is an exciting opportunity to step in and make a significant impact during a crucial time for the organisation!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into various ad hoc tasks tailored to the team's needs, from assisting with transactions to preparing insightful reports.
  • Provide essential support during the annual external audit, scheduled from May to July.
  • Take the initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, learning on the fly as you help the team navigate through their capacity constraints.
  • Assist in the production of management accounts, featuring variance analysis and reconciliations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within the charitable sector is a plus!
  • Proficient in all aspects of management account production, including variance analysis and reconciliation skills.
  • A team player, ready to collaborate effectively within a vibrant group members.
  • While a qualified accountant is desirable, relevant experience will also be valued.
  • Bring a calm and composed demeanour, reflecting the organisation's warm values-interacting positively with team members is key!
