Business Development Manager x 2

Salary: £50,000.00 - £55,000.00 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid Working - Home Based/Princes Risborough (4 days per month on site)

Your Role: We’re seeking Business Development Managers to drive new business, focusing on B2B and recruiting new Corporate Partners. Your role involves building relationships in target sectors and developing partnerships with SMEs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in business or related field
  • Sales training or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven new business B2B sales management experience
  • Expertise in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue tracking
  • Strong negotiation, closing skills, and strategic thinking
  • High IT literacy, including digital and office applications, social and professional networking
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
