The Role - Sales Support Executive

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Outlet Sales team based in the ercol Head Office in Princes Risborough.

The Profile: We are looking for a motivated individual, who can work independently, and as part of a team, who is driven by excelling in service, and who can develop strong relationships with both customers and internal colleagues, to help achieve the Company’s objectives in this fast-developing area.

Outlet Sales SupervisorKey Responsibilities:•Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the  product, ensuring it is displayed to the brand standard.•Maintain the Outlet product stock list, and location of each item.•Maintain the Outlet listings, showing accurate images, description and pricing on the  Outlet website, and on ebay.•Update stock on various sales platforms.•Act as a brand ambassador and maintain the highest levels of customer service, both on the telephone and when meeting customers face to face in the Showroom and Outlet store.•Liaise with the Sales & Marketing Director weekly on Outlet sales to plan promotions and product offers.•Liaise with the  Marketing team on image requirement for the Outlet website and ebay, and the creation of social media promotions.•Process and follow-up orders from the Showroom, website and ebay

• Establish and build customer relationships while working with customer service to resolve any customer complaints.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working in retail as a Sales Assistant and/or other office supervisor position. Experience of working in Customer Service would also be of benefit.Skills & Qualifications Required

You will be confident to engage with all areas of the Company, it is a hands-on role working with many departments, so it will be important to build relationships.•Good organisational and administrative skills.•Attention to detail.•Time management and prioritisation skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•A confident and calm approach to dealing with customers and staff.•IT literate, including Microsoft Excel and word, and confident to learn the CRM systems.•Be versatile, flexible and be able to multi-task to effectively respond to the pressures of the role.•Commercial awareness and develop industry knowledge.•Delegation and staff supervisory skills.•Office based in Princes Risborough, a full-time role. Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
