My client based near Princes Risborough is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in a busy but very friendly and professional office environment.
Daily duties will be varied but will include:
Large amounts of customer contact and high levels of customer service from the initial call, to checking stock, order processing, organising deliveries
Dealing with any enquiries and queries and invoicing the client.
During holiday and busy periods, they will also be a requirement to assist with light packing duties within the warehouse.
The ideal candidate will have:
Come from a Customer Service or Sales Administration background and have strong IT skills, a confident phone manner and be a team player.
Benefits:
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4 or 9 to 4.30pm, 20 days holiday plus additional 3 days for Christmas Closure plus Bank Holidays.
Salary £28,000 plus yearly and monthly bonus opportunities (up to £2.000 additional pay per year), 5% employer pension contribution, £50 per month towards a gym membership.
The role is hybrid, initially 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. This will increase to two days from home once a candidate is fully trained.
Due to the location of the client own transport is essential.
