Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher for a full-time, temporary position starting in January 2025 at a primary school in Princes Risborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive and welcoming school, helping to shape the learning journey of young children in Key Stage 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the Year 2 curriculum.
- Support and monitor pupil progress, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with the school’s leadership and staff team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in Year 2 or Key Stage 1 is preferred.
- Passionate about early childhood education and fostering a love for learning.
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
