Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Client location: Princes Risborough

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)

Hybrid working: 4 days at home, 1 day in the office (Wednesday)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the delivery of engaging email campaigns to targeted audiences, including members and non-members
  • Design and optimise email templates to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Drive membership acquisition and retention through targeted and BAU campaigns
  • Promote and launch new products and services via email marketing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate email campaigns and provide support across the organisation
  • Maximise conversions through email promotions, discounts, and personalised member campaigns
  • Develop and implement automated campaigns to increase membership and enhance member experience
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the organisation's bulk email system, providing expertise and support to colleagues
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimise content, and improve segmentation to drive better results
  • Report on email campaign activities, performance, and key metrics

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a marketing department, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaign management, systems, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud and Adobe or similar email marketing platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build effective business relationships and work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desirable Skills:

  • CIM qualification or working towards it
  • Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing
  • Budget management experience
  • Knowledge of the training and development market

Technologies:

  • Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic Adobe CC skills
  • CRM database management
