Office Manager / Co-ordinator
Location: Princes Risborough
Salary: £30-£38k DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5 pm
We are seeking an experienced Operations professional to join our growing team in Princes Risborough. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our operational activities and requires someone with a background in the hire or building/maintenance industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all operational needs of the business, including stock take and labour planning.
· Ensure compliance with industry certifications.
· Oversee health and safety protocols across the business.
· Handle transport documentation and accreditation.
· Provide proactive support to the team, offering solutions to operational challenges.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in the hire or building/maintenance industries or strong operations experience.
· Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
· Familiarity with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
· Experience in managing documentation, accreditation, and certifications.
· Ability to plan and coordinate labour effectively.
· A proactive attitude with the willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.
