As a Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will:
- Support the Home Manager in ensuring all resident and staffing needs are met.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for residents, their families, employees, and visitors.
- Deliver high-quality care in line with standards set by the Trust, CQC, Local Authority, and other regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrate passion for care through effective leadership and clinical skills.
