KCR Solutions are excited to be working with this dynamic, expanding company to recruit an Assistant Accountant to work for the Financial Controller. Your duties will be as follows:
- Responsible for the purchase ledger and managing the purchase ledger system
- Processing large number of invoices, expenses and credit card transactions
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Dealing with the sales ledger and raising invoices
- Responsible for credit control
- Daily bank reconciliations and payment processing
- Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payment runs
- Managing one member of staff
You will be AAT qualified or qualified by experience, have strong organisational skills and be able to work in an ever changing fast paced environment. Quickbooks online experience is preferred but not essential.
This role will suit someone who is driven and ambitious and who is happy to implement their own procedures to streamline the purchase ledger system and the bank reconciliations. It is a hands-on role and perfect for someone wanting to step into a business which is expanding and full of opportunities.
