Opportunity for a New Homes Sales Executive to join a North East house builder. The role is based on a permanent full time basis, with normal working hours being Thursday to Monday.
JobMaintaining an excellent knowledge of developments, being able to advise customers on construction and completion datesEnsuring show homes and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standardCompleting demonstrations of propertiesAchieving reservations in line with sales targetEnsuring all paperwork is completed accurately to ensure a smooth sales processLiaising with solicitors and financial advisers, to progress the sale quickly and smoothlyReporting into the Sales Manager Helping customers with interior and exterior choices
Experience RequiredPrevious new build sales experience is essential
Remuneration£31,500 basic plus commission
