A specialist local engineering business are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join the Service Team on a full-time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will need to maintain high levels of organisation while having the ability to make quick decisions working under pressure to strict deadlines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers to arrange visit times for Engineers
- Raising jobs for the engineers using SAP System
- Booking in appointments for service to evaluate installations or site visits
- Quoting parts and labour to customers for site visits
- Collecting timesheets from engineers to process
- Verifying any overtime with Trackers and MD
- Dealing with any customer warranty issues, and ensuring that any faulty parts are returned
- Maintaining up to date information on weekly activity spreadsheets
- General ad hoc administrative duties
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong Microsoft experience, specifically Excel
- SAP or Protean experience is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
