Job Description

Position: Reception Administrator

Location: Deeside

Hours: Monday - Friday 12:30 - 16:30, + additional hours to cover annual leave/absence

Salary: 12,677 p/a

HRGO recruitment is currently recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator for our client based in Deeside. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.

Skills and requirements:

Switchboard operation, ensuring all calls are answered and dealt with in a professional manner

Greeting all visitors in a professional and timely manner, ensuring the policies are adhered to

Booking work travel requirements (hotels/flights/trains/car hire/airport transfers etc.), booking meeting rooms/pool cars, ordering lunches etc

Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed, signed and filed accurately

Perform general PA work for the Directors/HR Manager as and when required

Checking and approving invoices for services booked via reception

Distribution of incoming mail and ensuring outgoing mail is posted as requested (Royal Mail/couriers)

Maintain high housekeeping standards within the reception area and ensured all necessary items were continuously stocked

Main point of contact for cleaning service provider

Preferred experience:

Prior experience in a similar role

GSCE Grade C or above in English and Maths

Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), internet use and database input skills
