We are looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our friendly, welcoming and caring team is a nursing home for the elderly
As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will work alongside the home manager to provide the highest standards of care whilst maintaining and working towards CQC guidelines. You will also assist in auditing, budgeting and planning so that our home continues to be a fantastic place to work and live.

What we're looking for:
Significant experience in coaching and mentoring a team in the care sector.
Experience of embedding robust and effective care policies, procedures and auditing/quality assurance systems.
Understanding of standards of care, regulatory frameworks and bodies and relevant legislation.
Excellent organisational skills in both your own workload and the workload of the team.
Health and social care qualification - Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Social Care or Level 5 Leader in Adult Social Care - or equivalent or a commitment to undertake further training and development relevant to the role.
