Sales Administrator
I’m delighted to be recruiting for my Client based in Pudsey, Leeds for an experienced Administrator to join their Sales Team.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and conscientious individual to join their busy sales office at their manufacturing site to start as soon as possible.
Duties
• Issuing quotes to customers
• Processing orders
• Liaising with Production in relation to delivery timescales
• Liaising with customers and keeping them updated
• Create, maintain & distribute price lists
• Managing returns
• Handling general customer enquiries
• Deal with sample requests, liaise with customers re tests (duration, results, etc.)
Candidate Requirements
• Have strong Administrative experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Have good numerical and problem solving skills
• Ideally have a working knowledge of SAP (not essential but ideal)
• Excellent MS Office experience
Hours
My client is flexible in relation to hours of work however this is a full-time position working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
An example of working hours could be Monday to Thursday 0800 – 1630 – Friday 0800 – 1300
Salary
An annual salary of up to £24,000 will be offered
