Multi Skilled Handy Labourer - ASAP START!

Hourly rate can be depending upon experience, yearly performance bonus plus benefit package.

37.5 hours flexi Monday to Friday!

The Role

We are recruiting a Labourer to assist process engineering and the maintenance teams within site projects and provide labouring resource. We are looking for someone who can carry out the below duties:

  • Painting and Decorating
  • Removal of old fixtures and fittings including but not limited to furniture, shelving, general room refurbishment.
  • Support maintenance team when needed
  • Support the process engineering team with any site projects, for example, office refurbishment, building renovations.
  • General maintenance repairs of the building including, tap and sink repairs (minor plumbing).
  • Garden maintenance and keep the external areas tidy.
  • Undertake other duties required by the management team within your capabilities.
  • Support the Health and Safety Manager with work that needs to be carried out onsite.

We are looking for someone with the below attributes:

  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
  • Have the confidence to work on your own when needed.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of H&S matters.

The working hours are 37.5 per week with a 30-minute unpaid break. You will be working Monday to Friday, start and finish times are flexible. The hourly rate is depending upon experience. This will be discussed at interview.
