They are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and support.About the Role:The Assistant Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing relationships with potential clients, working alongside the Business Development Manager.The successful candidate will ideally have an understanding of the freight industry. experience in business development is essential. The role is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other marketing activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Manage existing client relationships
  • Track and report on sales performance
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development
  • Ideally a good understanding of the freight industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business
