Our client, a precision engineering company, seek to appoint an experienced CNC Setter Operator with Milling and Turning experience to set and operate a number of machines in their well equipped factory. The appointed CNC Setter Operator will have experience in setting/operating standard machine shop equipment. On offer is a competitive hourly rate with a great business known for treating their staff well. You can work overtime should you choose but there's no formal requirement.

* Setting and operating precision engineering machinery
* Setting and operating with Fanuc controls
* Overcome any tooling and set up problems encountered when machining component
* Adhere to Machine / Department 5S and support Quality / Business Improvement initiatives

*Formal qualification in machining, with CNC bias, ideally apprentice trained
*Ability to use associated measuring equipment, mics, verniers etc
*Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
