The role involves managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing files, including both freehold and leasehold properties.
Daily responsibilities include progressing sales and purchase transactions, title checking, and providing client care.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of case handling experience, which is desirable for this position.

Hours: full time

A fantastic opportunity to join a first class, highly regarded full service law firm in their Leeds office to work as a Residential Conveyancer (salary competitive, dependent on experience). You will be working as part of a supportive and friendly department handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files including both freehold and leasehold.

Daily Duties

Day to day running of a manageable case load
Progressing Sales and Purchase transactions from outset to completion
Title Checking
Client care.

Required Skills

At least 2 years+ case handling experience is desirable.
