About the Role:As an Early Years Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a group of key children, helping them develop and grow through engaging, fun, and creative activities. You will be responsible for carrying out observations, planning activities based on the children's interests, and working collaboratively with the team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Take responsibility for your own key children, planning activities and observations based on their individual needs and interests.
  • Foster a fun, creative, and safe environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Ensure all learning opportunities reflect the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and create engaging activities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is warm, welcoming, and passionate about working with children.
  • Has experience working in an early years setting (desirable, but not essential).
  • Can plan and deliver creative, engaging learning activities.
  • Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Is a team player, but also able to take initiative.
  • Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above).
