Our clients private day nursery in Pudsey is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team. Position: Early Years PractitionerHours: 4 full days per week, with 1 day offLocation: Pudsey, West Yorkshire

• Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
• Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Supporting children's physical, emotional, and social development in a safe and nurturing environment
• Observing and assessing children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Promoting positive behavior and creating an inclusive atmosphere for all children
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, following nursery policies and procedures
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery

• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)
• Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting
• A solid understanding of the EYFS and child development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Passionate about working with children and providing exceptional care
