Position: Early Years PractitionerHours: 4 full days per week, with 1 day offLocation: Pudsey, West Yorkshire
Key Responsibilities:- Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Supporting children's physical, emotional, and social development in a safe and nurturing environment
- Observing and assessing children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promoting positive behavior and creating an inclusive atmosphere for all children
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment, following nursery policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery

- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)
- Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting
- A solid understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Passionate about working with children and providing exceptional care
