Property ManagerSalary: £23k-£27k DOE + Bonus Location: Pudsey, West YorkshireFull time working hours, Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month.Our clients are specialists in the property industry, and are looking to grow their expanding team at their offices based in Pudsey. The Key duties of the Property Manager
- As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.
- The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties, carrying out inspections, inventories and check outs
- You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
The Key Requirements of the Property Manager
- Experience carrying out inventories , check outs and return of deposits
- Self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
- A good understanding of what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits
- Excellent customer care
- Licence and own car preferred
