If so, we would love to hear from you!My client is looking for a temp Receptionist to cover for a minimum of 3 months, you must have relevant experience to be considered for this role. Skills needed of the Receptionist:* Ability to meet and greet people and deal with telephone enquiries in a consistently friendly, non-judgemental and professional manner.* Ability to exhibit consistent punctuality accessing the office.* Ability to maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professionally presented reception area and shared public areas at all times.* Ability to maintain electronic and manual records accurately, and to complete forms fully and legibly.* Ability to take and pass on information securely, efficiently and effectively.* Ability to respond to telephone calls promptly and with a confident telephone manner.* Ability to carry out filing duties and all postal duties. * Ability to use computers with accurate keyboard skills.* Ability to use data management software and other business software programmes.* Ability to comply with all confidentiality requirements including Data Protection and GDPR legislation.* Ability to prioritise workload, to be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure during busy periods and meet agreed deadlines.* Ability to work alone on own initiative with self-motivation.* Ability to expect and deal appropriately with frequent interruptions.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve organisational goals and meet customer requirements.If this is something you'd like to know more about then please APPLY NOW
