Job Purpose
To manage, develop and maintain existing accounts; to source; introduce and develop new business relationships.

Responsibilities
* To manage existing customers, developing long term relationships, identifying needs and managing expectations, providing appropriate solutions to maximise revenue and profitability.
* To source, introduce and develop new business customers, identifying needs and managing expectations, providing appropriate solutions to maximise revenue and profitability.
* To be responsible for following up on sales and marketing leads and maintaining relevant records.
* Act in a professional manner with regard to management, confidentiality, security, personal attitude and presentation.
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* Be prepared to work in a flexible way to assist colleagues in the delivery of services to customers.
* Document all configurations and information relevant to customers, sites and Group, stored as per Procedures.
* Personal Development - maintain and extend personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the requirements of the role.
* Uphold and implement Group Policies and procedures in all work activities.
* Provide feedback to the Group on all perceived risks, issues and potential improvements.
