Care Home Manager requirements:
- Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
- Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Careis essential
- Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
- Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
