Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Early Years Assistant to join our inclusive team in Tong (Bradford), West Yorkshire. If you have a passion for supporting children with special needs, particularly in a one-to-one capacity, and you are committed to creating an environment where every child can thrive, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to children with special needs in an Early Years setting.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist in planning and implementing tailored activities to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing atmosphere that encourages the social, emotional, and educational development of each child.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with special needs is desirable.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with young children.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals.
  • A genuine interest in making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
