BramahHR are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our client based in West Sussex. The ideal candidate will provide crucial management accounting support and working closely with senior leadership teams. This role will provied accurate production of budget reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management information to help drive effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
  • Management Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and support a team, ensuring compliance with month-end processes such as payroll, bank reconciliation, and income management.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Produce annual budgets and offer guidance on financial projections.
  • Financial Compliance & Advisory: Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance.
  • Audit & Financial Standards: Support internal audits and the development of financial policies.
  • Systems & Tools Development: Help develop financial tools to conduct benchmarking and improvements to support effective budget management.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in management accounting 
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Solid experience with financial forecasting, budget planning, and KPI development.
  • Familiarity with statutory reporting, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
